I was recently surfing the web and it came to my attention that a fairly new Yoplait yogurt commercial has been pulled from the airwaves.  Have you seen it?  It features a woman at her office refrigerator, trying to decide whether or not she should have a piece of cheesecake.  She goes back and forth, juggling the options of having celery sticks to cancel out the cheesecake or jogging in place while eating the cake.  So how is it controversial?  Find out after the jump. I eat yogurt every single day without fail, but I don’t always eat it the same way. Sometimes I add honey. Other times I add cinnamon. Blueberries or granola might make an appearance. Or I might add a piece of toast for dipping. No matter what I add, I know the yogurt will be delicious. Now I’ve found a new recipe to give my yogurt a spicy kick. Though I can be a bit of a chicken when it comes to spicy foods, this recipe sounds very intriguing!

On Saturday, I’m getting all four of my wisdom teeth removed, and I’m a little nervous. It just hit me that I’m actually going to have stitches in my mouth, and the whole thing makes me a little queasy. But I’ve been complaining for more than a couple months now about the pain I’m in, so I figure it’s time for these teeth to go. What I am wondering about is what kind of food can I eat after the surgery?

I’m obsessed with Greek yogurt, especially the kind that you have in Greece. I’m not sure who makes it in Greece or how, but I know that it’s delicious. Just mixing it up with some honey, cinnamon or jam, and you have a delicious snack or filling breakfast. Check out some more about my favorite snack after the jump.
