You may know Melissa d’Arabian from the Food Network program “Ten Dollar Dinners.” As the name suggests, Melissa is all about budget cooking but eating well at the same time.  She recently featured some Thanksgiving leftover recipes in Food Network Magazine, and this cranberry salsa recipe is one of them!
