I am prone to over-scheduling, and I dislike letting occasions go by without acknowledging and celebrating them. Sweet Treats to Make for Mom!

Mother’s Day is on Sunday- are you ready?  Instead of doing the traditional Mother’s Day brunch or dinner, I think I’m going to bake my mother an indulgent treat this year.  I want to really spoil her!  That’s why I picked out some super tasty dessert recipes to possibly try out on Sunday! A Mother’s Day Brunch Meal Plan

This Sunday is Mother’s Day, and I’m already getting excited about treating my mama to some waffles, pancakes and orange juice. Breakfast is her favorite meal, so if she decides to sleep in, I can bring her breakfast in bed! I know she’d love that! After all, my mom totally deserves it. She made my school lunches from 1st-8th grade, and she still makes most of my dinners. Hopefully, my meal will be good! Fingers crossed!

Mother’s Day Cooking Gifts She’ll Love!

Mother’s Day is almost here, and I still haven’t bought my mom a gift. I already have a card, and I’ll pick up some flowers on the day, but I need figure something out soon if I want to get her a fun present. Since my mom is a wonderful cook, I’m thinking of buying her a new cooking tool or food gift for the kitchen.

Now that Recipe4Living has its own cooking store, I don’t even need to leave my computer. I’ve done a little bit of looking around, and I’ve narrowed it down to four gifts. You can buy one for your mom too! Check them out after the jump!
