How to Make King Cake

Even if you’re not celebrating Mardi Gras, you have to admit, the King Cake looks pretty awesome. Famous in the South, especially New Orleans, a King Cake looks like a big cinnamon roll filled with cream cheese and covered with sugary icing and colorful sprinkles.

Inside the cake is a small trinket, and the person that gets the piece of cake with the trinket is supposed to be responsible for making or buying the King Cake for next year.
