Get Ready for the Elite 8!

As expected, the delicious, citrus-y clementine proved victorious over brussels sprouts – 59% to 41%

Take a small breather! We’re taking a tiny break from March Madness right before the Elite 8 begins! The match-up between spring will take place on Monday, March 28, and the other seasonal match-ups will take place every day after that. Then spring will go up against fall, and summer will face off against winter on April 1. You’ll have the whole weekend to vote on the produce item you want to be in the championship. The two final items will battle on April 4, and a winner will be chosen on April 7!

Second Round March Madness: (2) Pumpkin vs. (6) Bell Pepper

Shockingly, the fall fruit staple, apple, was defeated by grapes – 54% to 46%!

In a surprisingly close first-round match-up, bell pepper defeated cranberries 51% to 49%! Does it have the momentum to take on pumpkin? You decide!
