As Easy As Apple Pie

Over the weekend I made an apple pie that was not only easy but delicious too. Growing up,  I was never a big apple pie fan. In fact, it wasn’t until recently that apple pie even appealed to me. There is something to be said about  homemade apple pie with homemade filling. The freshness preserves the texture and the taste making a much better pie if you ask me.

Easy Caramel Apple Recipe

I’ve always wanted to make my own caramel apples. They’re fun, they’re tasty, and they’re one of the best parts of fall. Well, this new addition to Recipe4Living is a recipe for the perfect caramel apples with a healthy twist! Now, don’t get me wrong, I’m not calling these bad boys healthy, but they do incorporate trail mix into their outer caramel glaze. How To Make Your Own Apple Cider

This Sunday will officially start the fall season, meaning lots of pumpkins, lots of squash, and lots of apples. While I love pumpkin, apples and all apple byproducts are also a favorite part of my fall season, especially apple cider. How nice is it to cuddle up to a warm glass of apple cider? The cinnamon, the spice…all of it really puts the beauty of fall into perspective. And, since we all know I like to at least attempt to make things from scratch
