Five Slim Summer Smoothies

Lately, I’ve found myself craving smoothies. Not just the typical strawberry-banana smoothie, but a smoothie with a tropical blend that will make me feel like I’m lying on a beach somewhere. Unfortunately, I’ve had trouble finding quenching smoothies that won’t ruin my diet. Some smoothies are so high in calories that I might as well have a meal at McDonalds. Delicious and Healthy 2 Ingredient Fruit Dip
