I’m heading to Disney World in two weeks for, oh, the 13th time or so! I’m super excited and in addition to all the great rides I’m looking forward to, I’m pretty pumped for all the tasty FOOD! Recently, I had my first foray into the world of kaiten sushi, or conveyor belt sushi. Kaiten sushi is very popular in Japan, and it seems to be gaining a bit of popularity in the states, as well. This past weekend, I took a little road trip to Minneapolis, Minnesota. I had never been there before, so I was excited to see the sights and taste all the different foods the city had to offer. Recently, my parents invited me out to dinner to get some Thai food. They suggested we go to Bodhi Thai, which was in a most unlikely location: Berwyn, IL. Berwyn is an up-and-coming area, but it is definitely not known for its high-quality dining. I was a bit nervous, to say the least. When I got there, I knew I was wrong. Read the rest of this entry »
