Recently, I had my first foray into the world of kaiten sushi, or conveyor belt sushi. Kaiten sushi is very popular in Japan, and it seems to be gaining a bit of popularity in the states, as well.  I visited Sushi Station in Elgin, IL to taste my first sushi on a conveyor belt.  Read all about my experience after the jump! Recently, my parents invited me out to dinner to get some Thai food.  They suggested we go to Bodhi Thai, which was in a most unlikely location: Berwyn, IL.  Berwyn is an up-and-coming area, but it is definitely not known for its high-quality dining.  I was a bit nervous, to say the least.  When I got there, I knew I was wrong.   Read the rest of this entry »
