To me, there’s nothing better than a great movie and some delicious home cooked food to go along with it. I’m not a movie theater kind of person; I’d much rather stay in, make a great dinner, and be free to get up, talk, or pause the movie whenever I want.  To me, nothing beats watching a great movie that includes food and enjoying a similar dish while I watch. May the Fourth Be With You + 20 Star Wars Recipes

Star Wars is the best movie that was ever made. I say that with absolutely no hesitation. It’s space opera at its finest, and one of the best examples of a hero’s quest to not only grow up, but to redeem his father. So why am I celebrating Star Wars today? May 4th – May the Force…it kind of sounds similar.

So how does Star Wars relate to food? As a kid, I owned one cookbook – Wookiee Cookies: A Star Wars Cookbook. I still think it’s one of the best cookbooks ever. I mean what’s not to love about wookiee cookies?! Check out my Star Wars recipes after the jump!

Midnight Movie Premiere Snacks

There’s nothing like going to see the midnight premiere of a movie. That’s where I’ll be tonight. Christopher Nolan’s new film Inception is being released tonight at 12:01 a.m. and I’m pumped. But instead of pigging out on buttery popcorn and extra large soft drink, I plan to pack some easier and much more healthy treats.
