Have You Ever Had a Croque Madame?

No, I’m not being dirty. A croque madame is a ham and cheese sandwich that has an egg on top. As someone who frequently doesn’t eat breakfast (shame on me, can’t skip breakfast, it’s the most important meal of the day), I had never had the chance to try one. All About Muenster Cheese

I may not be from Wisconsin, but I LOVE my cheese. One of my favorite varieties is…muenster cheese! I’ve been eating it for years on sandwiches, in a grilled cheese, as a quesadilla, etc.  But I don’t know much about this cheese other than the fact that it’s mostly a light yellow color with an orange rind, it’s soft and it’s delicious.
