I Can’t Bake… So Here’s My Go-To Dessert

Since tomorrow is Christmas, I thought I’d give you a gift. As you know, I can’t bake, and I’m not ashamed to say that. Pepsi-Chicken Chips? I’d Try Them. Would You?

As I’ve said many times before, I love to try new foods. My rule of thumb is as long as it won’t kill me, I’ll try it (though that rule was broken with puffer fish, but I lived). People who know me know that I’m a pretty adventurous person in general, and food is one of the easier ways to be adventurous.

In case you didn’t know, Asian food can be radically different from ours. It’s not that it’s weird, it’s just not what we’re used to. I once read that the Pizza Huts there put hot dogs, hamburgers, and other weird items on pizza just because it’s a treat for them. What’s street food to us is exotic to them. So, when I heard about Lay’s releasing Pepsi and Chicken flavored chips, I’d be lying if I said I was surprised. But would you try it? Read the rest of this entry »

My Favorite Tongue Numbing Salsa

I love spicy food. Being half-Hispanic, I guess you could say that it’s in my blood. Indian curries, Thai chicken, a pot of fire-alarm chili, and Mexican chile rellenos are some of my favorites. Pumpkin Pie, Cinnamon Sugar and White Chocolate Peppermint Pringles for the Holidays

We thought it was a little strange when Oreo came out with candy corn flavored Oreos for Halloween.
