National Fried Chicken Day!

Today is National Fried Chicken Day and, boy, am I excited! Five Fabulous Summer Staples!

15 Quick and Easy Chicken Dinners

If there’s one thing that everyone should know how to cook, it’s a couple of chicken breasts. Chicken is arguably  the best option for a dinner meal because it’s easy to prepare and there are so many different ways to spice it up.

Now That Easter’s Over…

It’s time to get pumped for Memorial Day! That means barbecue food galore. As much as I love spring, we don’t really experience it in Chicago. It might get up to 60 degrees a handful of times, but usually we’re in the 40s, and it’s raining. As you can guess that’s not fun at at all.
