Meatless Lenten Dinners

Lent has officially begun for all Christians, and though I’m not completely abstaining from meat like I have in past years, I am going meatless on Wednesdays and Fridays. I don’t eat too much meat as it is, but I still want to join part in Lent somehow.

I know many people are actually giving up chocolate, and some are giving up all sweets! Wow! I don’t thnik I could stick it out for 40+ days without a little piece of chocolate!
