    i love my very simple and yummy pudding
    mix one package of vanilla pudding with a quart of heavy whipping cream whipped to stiff peaks.
    Next add in a tsp of expresso powder and 2tsp of cocoa powder.
    last crush about eight amaretti cookies mix all together and let set for 30 minutes yummy

    My fave: cubed eggplant, mushrooms, onions, tricolor peppers sauteed in olive oil and garlic, then simmered in a good garden spaghetti sauce. It can be served alone, over pasta, over rice, and even over baked potatoes.

    Is there a favorite Italian dish? So unfair to chose. Rabbit ragu over garganelli would probably be close. I add leftover Parmesan rinds and use a good Italian red wine to make a sauce worth living for!

    I have Italian at least once weekly, but my favorite is teramisu. there is never any leftovers for a midnight snack.

    My favorite Italian meal is spaghetti and meat sauce. Brown the meat then add tomato sauce, tomatoes and spices then simmer.yum!

    Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo with homemade Alfredo sauce (never from a jar!) I melt butter with some garlic in it to infuse with flavor, remove the garlic and add cream, Parmesan, and white pepper. Cook chicken pieces and broccoli with the fettuccine, drain and toss in the sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley. Mmmm…my favorite served with garlic bread!
