How to: Beer Chicken!
During my holiday vacation last week, I had the opportunity to do a lot of cooking. One of my new-found creations is a beer chicken! Keep reading to learn how we made this delectable bird and some sides I recommend to go with it!
We used a special ceramic beer chicken pan, but you can probably use any sort of rimmed baking sheet with a small cup in the middle. This chicken is very easy to set up, just follow the 1-2-3 instructions below!
1. Fill the cup in the center with 8-10 oz. of your favorite beer.
2. Put the chicken on top of the cup of beer. Add spices or your favorite rub to your chicken.
3. Bake the chicken at 375 for two hours, or depending on the size of your chicken, more or less time.
Remember, the chicken will drip so the cookie sheet or pan that is underneath the center cup and chicken is very important!
