Have a sudden craving for something sweet? These recipes can be whipped up in one minute!

One Minute Peanut Butter Cake

  • Makes 1 serving


  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 Tbs. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 Tbs. flour
  • 2 Tbs. peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. milk
  • 1 Tbs. powdered sugar


  1. In a small bowl, whisk together egg, brown sugar, baking powder, peanut butter and flour.
  2. Pour batter into a greased ramekin. Microwave for 30 seconds.
  3. While the cake is microwaving, stir together milk and powdered sugar, adding more powdered sugar if necessary to thicken frosting.
  4. Remove cake from ramekin, pour frosting over top.

One Minute Berry Ice Cream

  • Makes 4 servings


  • 1 pkg. mixed frozen berries
  • fresh blueberries
  • 3–4 Tbs. honey
  • 1 tub of yogurt
  • sprigs of fresh mint


  1. Blend honey, yogurt and mint in a food processor.
  2. Add frozen berries and blend again.
  3. Spoon over fresh berries and serve.

One Minute Chocolate Cherry Cake

  • Makes 1 serving


  • 3 Tbs. flour
  • 1 Tbs. + 1 tsp. cocoa
  • Pinch salt
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 3 tsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbs. oil
  • 3 Tbs. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2-3 cherries, pitted
  • 2 squares of salted dark chocolate, chopped


  1. Mix everything together and pour in a greased mug.
  2. Microwave for 1 minute.
  3. Let cool before eating.
