Decor For Your 4th of July Party

Time to break out the red, white and blue. With the fourth just over a week away, it’s time to finalize how many hot dogs to buy and figure out the perfect spot to watch the fireworks. To really impress your guests, I’ve picked out my favorite decorations for your independence day celebration.

A drink jug is something you will use all summer long. I suggest investing in a nice one like this one from Potterybarn.

When the sun begins to set, light these candles from Pier 1 for some festive mood lighting.

Serve up your hot dogs and burgers in these cute, easy to hold paper food trays from World Market.

A watermelon serving bowl will liven up your dinner table. I picked this one up at Pier 1.

This rustic wreath I found on Etsy will look great greeting guests at the front door.

Red, white and blue mason jars make instant centerpieces. Use them to hold straws, sparklers or silverware!

A U.S.A. banner adds a nice touch to a homemade apple pie.

I love the mason jars so cute. They would make great gifts for Christmas using red n green. Thanks for the great idea. :)

A year later, lol…I love that you choose pieces that invoked the holiday, an were ‘patriotically’ colored….but aren’t cheesy or weathered flags painted on reclaimed wood type stuff, which is crazy played out. I shirk away from many pieces ‘made’ for the 4th, but all these would work, either on or off the 4th.
