Delicious and Healthy 2 Ingredient Fruit Dip
I’m not a fan of fruit dips. Mostly because they are heavy and filled with high calorie cream cheese, but this fruit dip changed everything and made me a fruit dip fan. It’s light, delicious and you can eat it guilt free!
The only ingredients you need are a tub of fat free Cool Whip and a cup of Weight Watchers strawberry yogurt. Mix them together and in less than a minute you have the yummiest fruit dip known to mankind. You may be thinking that I’m a little too excited about fruit dip, but you have to try it for yourself.
This dip is frequently found at my family’s dinner table in the summer months, and between the six of us there are rarely any leftovers. I think I actually eat more fruit because of this dip. The lightness of the Cool Whip is the perfect addition to your favorite fruit. I personally like it best with bananas.
If you have any cookouts, picnics or parties planned for the summer, this dip will be a great addition to your fruit tray that people will actually eat. And you won’t be stuck with an entire container of cream cheese dip leftover.
