I would love to have this camera. I could take pics of my family and friends enjoying my family’s recipe of raw apple cake, zucchini cookies, and the so many other past down favorites. I could also take pics of me graduating from college at 46 years young. Anyone can do anything if they set their mind to it. I love to bake, and I would love to show my pics to you.

I would post a picture of my Mother’s sky high cocoanut cake with homemade seven minute frosting. There is toasted cocoanut sprinkeled all over and then about ten marischino (sp) cherries around the edge. It’s so pretty and was a must at church dinners. She made this for church auctions, also. The last one raised $40.00 for the youth group. Mom is no longer here to bake this cake but, she taught all four of her daughters to make it and all our families still enjoy it.
