Traditionally, Holi celebrates a time when people from of all walks of life come together and play-fight with dyes and powders that span the rainbow. It’s a heartwarming symbol of equality! Along with bonfires, singing and dancing, Holi is celebrated with wonderful food offerings, of course!

Try the MANGO LASSI:
Serves: 2 People
Total preparation time: 10 min.
1 mango, peeled, pitted, and coarsely chopped (about 1 C.)
1 C. whole milk or low-fat plain yogurt
3 Tbs. sugar
Ice cubes, for serving
In a blender, combine mango, yogurt, sugar and 1/2 C.cold water. Pour through a fine strainer (to remove pulp), if desired. Serve immediately over ice!
