Whether you are a fan of the fruit pizza or dessert pizza, we have the recipe for you! Fruit pizzas in particular are a way to make food fun for the kids while eating healthy. Fruit pizzas can include any variety of fruits, whether you choose fruits based on appearance or for seasonal flavor. It’s easy to adapt any recipe to your liking, and this means you can make just about any fruit pizza with your favorite varieties!
Fruit pizza always looks beautiful with strawberries, and strawberries are definitely one of my absolute favorite fruits! They make everything better, whether it’s a smoothie or a Fruit Roll-Up!
Making a fruit pizza is pretty easy. For most recipes, you will first spread out your cookie dough base on a cookie sheet and pat it down to create the crust. You will then bake the crust at 350 degrees until it browns a bit. After it has cooled completely, you will mix any base ingredients (like cream cheese and honey) and then spread the mixture on top of the baked crust. Simply add sliced fruit, cut into slices and pop in the fridge to keep cool!
