Oh my gosh ~ my daughter is strict vegan and I don’t really care for meats so we LOVE cooking Indian style foods. The spices typically used in Indian food really has a way of bringing out the flavor of vegetables, as well as add dimension. We would be lost without our jars of curry, cumin, and turmeric!
