What To Do With Thanksgiving Leftovers
Thanksgiving turkeys are fun to make and feed a large group, but there are always leftovers. Keep reading for a list of some of our favorite ways to use leftover turkey!
Turkey Stock – This is a simple and delicious stock that you can make using leftover turkey.

Turkey Soup – I always loved the turkey soup that my mother used to make, and now I make it. It’s made using the carcass from the holiday turkey. We don’t make a whole turkey very often, so I get the remains from a family member or friend. This is a very healthy, delicious and comforting dish in the cold winter months.
Thanksgiving Quiche – I whipped these up for my grandkids’ breakfast the day after Thanksgiving from the leftovers. They felt quite special having individual little pies of their own.
