Weekend Eats – What’s Your Take?

How do you approach the idea of weekend food? During the week, everyone has a routine, be it a bag lunch or out to eat with the colleagues. Keep reading to learn about different approaches to weekend eating, and tell us your favorite way to eat on the weekends.

On weekends, it’s important to maintain the same basic schedule as during the week, even if you don’t work the same hours or you enjoy staying up later on weekends. Mixing up your schedule to a large degree will hinder your progress both on weekdays and weekends.

In that respect, think about your eating schedule. Do you eat a small breakfast and a large meal for each lunch and dinner? Do you eat a large breakfast and dinner, and a sandwich at your desk for lunch? These questions are really important because you should try to follow a similar routine on the weekend.
