For every 1 1/2 cups of raw pumpkin seeds from your pumpkin, you’ll need:
2 tablespoons of butter. melted
1 tablespoon of sea salt
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Toss your pumpkin seeds in the melted butter and salt until they are coated evenly. Once your seeds are adequately coated, place them on a baking sheet. Be sure that the seeds are only stacked 1 high so that they cook properly.
Place your baking sheets with pumpkin seeds in the oven for 40 minutes, or until the seeds are golden brown. Take out the seeds, and serve them in a bowl lined with a festive fabric napkin for a great seasonal treat that is also healthy.
