I love hot sauce. It is great on pinto beans,beef, chicken pork, BBQ, and salsa. On my eggs and potatoes it gives it a great flavor

We went to Mexico on vacation one time and our waiter at the resturant told us about the spicer foods they have that is not offered to their customers because of it being too hot. We ate some and it was good; hot but good.

Using hot sauces lets me cut down on the salt. I use it on eggs, in stews, in chicken soup and just about anything else where I can substitute hot sauce for salt (although I know there is salt in it). We discuss the Scoville scale and can make jokes about putting peppers on ice cream and I dare him to do that Hot sauce is an integral part of our lives which has improved the quality of his
