Wheat Thins Stix are a new product that is easy to pack for a snack and also incredibly tasty! The Chipotle Pepper variety had a big kick that kept me going in the afternoon. If you like spice, these definitely have the right mixture of whole grains, paprika, garlic, chili peppers and red peppers. The Cinnamon variety was an addicting snack. They are a bit heaver than regular Wheat Thins, but they still have that great, crisp flavor. These snacks also have no high fructose corn syrup, a rarity for many snacking sticks and crackers! Nimble by Balance Bar is a small nutrition bar with huge benefits for women. It  contains fiber, protein, calcium, iron and lutein, which all help both your body and your skin. Beta-carotene and a variety of vitamins and antioxidants improve your skin after reportedly two weeks of consuming the product. The bars only have 120 calories and are packed with flavor in both a Yogurt Orange Swirl and Peanut Butter variety that are naturally sweetened with Truvia. The texture is a bit different from a typical health food bar, so be prepared for a less crunchy taste and a more chewy texture! It may be an acquired taste, but at least one of our co-workers kept coming back for more.

Nature’s Path Hemp Plus granola is not only an excellent source of ALA Omega-3, but it is also certified USDA organic with 5 grams of fiber per serving and no trans fats! The product contains soy is made from whole grains.  The oats made a lovely quick snack and it tasted just as good with skim milk for a quick breakfast! Check out more of their products here!
