National Fried Chicken Day!

Today is National Fried Chicken Day and, boy, am I excited! Fried chicken is a treat that I indulge in only about once every couple of years, but when I do, it’s magical.  There’s just something about that crispy skin and the tender chicken underneath that makes me want to keep eating and eating and eating… Check out some of my favorite fried chicken recipes after the jump, plus I’ll teach you how to make a more diet-friendly version!
