Have you ever wondered what it might be like if you combined Survivor with Top Chef? Well, it seems that the Food Network certainly has!  Their new series, Extreme Chef, takes cooking to a whole new level!  Keep reading to get more details.

On this show, you’ll see three chefs battling head-to-head in various cooking challenges.  They’re not, however, your everyday cooking challenges.  Here are some things you can expect to find on this show:

-cooking in a sandstorm or rainstorm
-cooking with rattlesnake
-cooking handcuffed
-getting ingredients by swimming across a lake for them, taking them out of a giant block of ice, or taking ingredients from nearby homes
-cooking with a Swiss army knife
-cooking on a car engine

Basically, this show is a whole lot of craziness.  While this show seems to be challenging these chefs in completely unnecessary and nonsensical ways, I think it’s bound to be highly entertaining!  When I first read about this show, I thought to myself, “This sounds ridiculous…but I kind of want to watch it…”
