Now, we all know that any good New Year’s Eve party is incomplete with a bottle of champagne…or 20…but even bubbly can get boring after a few hours.  Impress your guests by mixing up a few tasty sippers that will keep them partying all night long! Here are 3 that I definitely plan to try this New Year’s Eve!

* 2 C. of peach schnapps
* 1 bottle of champagne (chilled)
* 1 2-liter bottle of 7-Up (chilled)
* Assorted frozen fruit (strawberries, raspberries, peaches, etc.)

Mix peach schnapps, champagne and 7-Up in a punch bowl and place the frozen fruit to float on top of the punch. Or you could make an ice ring with the fruit and float it.
