Chew on That’s Thanksgiving Questionnaire

thanksgiving

Everybody loves Thanksgiving, but not everyone celebrates it in the same way.  I have heard stories of all-day get-togethers with 50+ people, quiet potluck dinners, and, of course, the classic “drink too much beer and fall asleep in front of the football game” way to celebrate.  What we want to know is how YOU celebrate!  What do you eat?  Who are you with?  What’s your favorite part?  Read on for the full questionnaire.

Here’s the entire questionnaire.  I will start by answering them.  If you’d like to answer, too, just copy them, paste them in your blog, put in your own answers, link back to this post, and leave a comment linking to your blog.  Or, if you’d like, just leave your answers in the comments!  We’re excited to read your responses!

Question 1:  Where do you celebrate Thanksgiving?
Always at my parents’ house.  I’ve never had it anywhere else!

Question 2: Who do you celebrate it with?
My parents, my sister, my two grandparents, and usually a neighbor or two.  Just a small group!

Question 3: Who is the troublemaker of the group?
Probably me :)  I’m the youngest, so I always manage to get in trouble somehow!

Question 4: Fancy to-do or casual get-together?
Very casual.  It’s a jeans and t-shirt kind of affair…for me, at least!

Question 5: What is the topic of conversation to AVOID at the Thanksgiving table?
Politics, religion…how to work the ATT U-Verse…

Question 6:  What dish do you make for the occasion?
I always make the pumpkin pie, but I think I’m going to make some chocolate chip pumpkin bread this year, instead.

Question 7: What dish do you look forward to the most?
I’ve recently become a huge fan of stuffing.  I could eat entire bowls of it!

Question 8:  Pumpkin pie or pecan pie?
PUMPKIN!

Question 9: What are the post-dinner activities?
Sitting, watching TV, and having awkward conversations with my grandparents :)

Question 10: What you most Thankful for this year?
I’m thankful for fabulous friends, a great family, an amazing boyfriend, and trashy MTV and VH1 reality TV!

Now we want to know your answers!  We’d love to see your responses, so remember to leave a comment with a link to your blog!
