I would like to compete in a potato salad contest without submitting my recipe. I would make it on site if need be. I sent another recipe and in and it was stolen. My potato salad is so good,I guarantee if I meet the CEO of Popyes, he’s want to purchase the recipe. It’s my own New Orleans style potato salad (Cajun). I’ve had offers, but the price is never right. I need to be in a place where I can be debt free (student loans). Just waiting for the right opportunity.
