Victoria Beckham Eats Healthy Food For Her “Bad Skin”

Even though my favorite Spice Girl was Sporty Spice, Melanie Chisholm, I was always amazing by Posh Spice, Victoria Beckham, and her beautiful skin. However, a new report alludes to the fact that Beckham’s clear skin isn’t as natural as I once thought. According to IndianExpress.com, Victoria Beckham has said that she has to eat healthy food because she has bad skin.

Of course certain foods are great for your complexion. Many common skin conditions such as acne, psoriasis and eczema can be traced back to an unhealthy diet. But it really surprised me that someone as chic and high-profile as Victoria Beckham would come out and admit that her healthy eating habits are fueled by her “bad skin.”

The problem is that we aren’t sure if this is really true. Beckham has often been slammed for her tiny figure, and some have even gone so far as to accuse her of having anorexia nervosa. However she continues to deny this claim.

Stuff.co.nz quotes Victoria Beckham as telling the British edition of OK! magazine:

“I watch what I eat and have a very healthy diet. I have to for my skin. I had bad skin.”

So what does the skin-healthy diet consist of? Almonds, dark chocolate, green tea, tomatoes, fish and blueberries are just a few examples of foods that will keep your skin soft and blemish-free.

If I was Victoria, an example meal would consist of:

Chicken Almond Salad
Salmon with Pesto Glaze
Baked Tomatoes
Spicy Green Tea
