Easter Feast
It’s almost been a week since Easter, and my family still has leftovers stocked in the fridge. It’s getting hard to cram anything else in the refrigerator, so that means we better finish off that food fast! I was the unofficial photographer on Easter, so I snapped tons of pics of the delicious grub we had. Check out the recipes for the tasty dishes below! Most of the recipes we used are Greek, so you can find loads of them there!

My uncle and grandfather woke up at the crack of dawn to get these two lambs on a spit!

Now the lamb is done cooking!

And the final result…

So tasty!! I’m not a big meat-eater but I definitely have a piece of lamb on Easter. It’s tradition. While we did the traditional lamb cook-out in the backyard, here are some other lamb recipes.
Greek Lamb Salad with Yogurt Dressing

While the tyropites (cheese pies) on the right are store-bought, the spanakopites (spinach pies) on the left were made by my grandfather’s neighbor. Check out this yummy recipe for spanakopita!

Here is the recipe for Oven Roast Greek Potatoes.

Recipe: Strawberry Spinach Salad

My mom’s delicious Pastitsio. It’s basically the Greek version of lasagna, and it’s to die for! Here are is another Pastitsio recipe: Pastitsio
And I can’t forget the sweet dessert table!

All in all, an amazing Easter feast filled with love! What did you eat for Easter? Share your recipes here!
