  1. I love this idea to test peoples knowledge about food. Although I have made Gnocchi before there are lot’s of foodie words that I need to become better aquatinted with. Thanks for sharing the knowledge!

  2. Gnocchi is one of the greatest things there is! I wish it weren’t such an art to make it by hand- I know a lot of people who’ve tried, and it’s been gluey.
