I’m definitelely going to try my hand at carrot cake icecream!
Posted by Dragon at April 3rd, 2009, 8:01 pmHi there,
I’m trying to lose weight (again!), and I would not trust a skinny person to give me advice about it. Why not? Because I don’t think I will EVER be “skinny” as such, and I don’t think there are many skinny people who used to be fat!
I would definitely listen to a chef who was once overweight, but who learned how to make food that was good to eat, and also relatively good for anyone on a diet.
He/she would be the proof of their own pudding…
Cheers

I was just talking with my friend about this today at Outback steak house. Don’t remember how we got on the topic actually , they brought it up. I do recall eating a wonderful steak salad with cranberries on it. I digress…
