A warm (gooey) welcome – After weeks of hearing about salmonella outbreaks in the news, peanut butter is finally back (and restaurants are thrilled!)

Meat murder? – The consumption of red meat is said to prematruely curtail your life’s longevity.

Beard Awards Praise Chicago – The fine city has been getting a lot of recognition over the years but none tops the amount of nominations Chicago received from this year’s James Beard Awards (see the list here).

The art of honey – Over the years artisal honeymaking has become less practical and time consuming but one family farm preserves the art of honeycomb artisan honey.

Seder fusion – One chef blends her Mexican heritage with her Passover seder this year with two Mex-over recipes.

  1. I recently copied the cheesy au gratin potatoes dish. With super enlarged print recipe took one page BUT I ended up with 4 pages of comments. Absurd, I don’t want or need a permaanet copy of coments just the recipe.
