We have a pretty good chocolate chip cookie recipe using chocolate chunks from Scharffen Berger Chocolate Maker dark chocolate. Good stuff.

    Hi Hillary!
A bit late for chocolate week, but I just made some “marshmallow brownies.” Take a basic brownie recipe, cook till done, put some marshmallows on top, and stick back in the oven until they get all puffy (read: gooey on the inside!) It was good!

Nate – your chocolate chip cookies sounds delicious! I recently tried Scharffen Berger and can see how they would make great chocolate chips.

    LK – You should! :)

Shoshana – Thanks for this idea! I can’t think of anyone who wouldn’t like those brownies!
