5 Foods That Will Improve Your Skin

I don’t know about you, but my skin gets really dry in the winter. Any semblance of smooth skin I had once turns rough and itchy as soon as the cold air comes around. So, when an article from HealthZone told me there were foods that could help improve my skin, I took notice. The five foods you see above can help make your skin look younger and become healthier at the same time. In some cases, you can make products out of these foods to apply to your skin but eating does the trick too.
