Hello ChewOnThat Blog fans! I’m Brandi Koskie, the senior editor at the all-new I’m looking forward to joining you every Tuesday in October to share some thoughts on making the most of the bounty of healthy foods available during the fall. Only a couple weeks into fall and the weather is changing for the better, the leaves have started changing, and Web sites are getting new looks. What does that have to do with Autumn? Nothing specifically, it just happens that with the change in seasons, we’ve unveiled a completely redesigned Today, Maxine and Hillary were kind enough to let me introduce the site – next week we’ll get back to the food!

We’re proud to have become a trusted resource for people seeking healthful changes to their lives. We started by offering diet reviews, and to date, have reviewed nearly 500 diets, books, pills and supplements, and fitness products. We take our job to provide constructive reviews of each of these weight loss products seriously so that you can make educated decisions.

Our readers demanded more, and just like you, they were craving information to help them live healthier day-by-day. The site relaunch provides a more thorough, interactive experience, and easier navigation through the many channels. Here’s a little more on the best of the new
