How To Make Your Own Apple Cider

This Sunday will officially start the fall season, meaning lots of pumpkins, lots of squash, and lots of apples. While I love pumpkin, apples and all apple byproducts are also a favorite part of my fall season, especially apple cider. How nice is it to cuddle up to a warm glass of apple cider? The cinnamon, the spice…all of it really puts the beauty of fall into perspective. And, since we all know I like to at least attempt to make things from scratch…
Cilck here for a guide on how to make your own cider!

Every October a group of friends gets together to press our own cider, using a homemade cider press. You can freeze cider, so we try to press enough in one day for each family to get some to store in the freezer over winter.
