  6. That’s a great table - thanks! Although after perusing it I see that our refrigerator contains many overdue items in it… hmm. I thought soy sauce lasted about 20 years!

  8. Love your list. I do, however, have one question. Is the expiration date on the honey accurate? When taking a SafeServ class I was told that honey is the one food that never expires.

  9. Thanks for this. It’s very useful as a starting point. I usually refer to “Timing is Everything,” by Jack Piccolo. That book has a list of shelf lifes. Great book to grab used online.
