Of course we are big beef and lamb producers down here in the Antipodes and our animals are grass fed...always have been as far as I know. None of that horrible feeding of dead animals to live animals as happened in Britain which of course prompted the Mad Cow Disease. So it is all very healthy in NZ. Cheers Hi Hillary
