Alright, so I’m not U2 and I can’t sing the song, but I can, however, help you out with your Sweetest Day baking this year.
That’s right, Sweetest Day is this Saturday, October 20th, which means if you plan on making some sweet treats, you need to get cracking.
So, allow me to offer some recommendations from our ever-expanding Recipe4Living recipe collection.
This is a great dessert for cherry lovers!
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can cherry pie filling
1 can crushed pineapples, drained
1 C. pecans, chopped
16 oz. Cool Whip, room temperature
Mix the milk, pineapples, and pecans together in a big bowl. Add the Cool Whip and mix well. Next, add cherry pie filling and mix well and be sure the mixture is turning pink. Let sit/cool for 1 hour. The mixture will harden.

Happy Sweetest Day!
-Hillary, hoping someone finds me the recipe for those cupcakes, or better yet makes them for me.
