Food inspired by food

Pictured above may not be what you think it is. Actually, I’m curious what you think this is, but since this blog doesn’t qualify for an immediate interaction, I will just have to tell you.

It’s vanilla ice cream covered in cocoa powder in a pool of hot fudge topped with whipped cream, otherwise known as the “Rocky Mountain Potato.” Looks like a baked potato covered in sour cream doesn’t it? Ok, maybe the whipped cream is a little too transparent, but if it weren’t for that I’d think RAM was dead on with the potato.

  1. Totally off the subject, but I went to Garden Fresh, but chocolate with pop rocks was nowhere to be found…sorry!!!!
